Guinny is internet slang that means to overthink or obsessively worry about things. It is often used to describe someone who constantly overanalyzes situations or becomes overly anxious about small details. The term is derived from the word “guinea,” which refers to the currency of Guinea, and is used metaphorically to suggest that someone is spending excessive mental energy on insignificant matters.

Examples:

1. Sarah is such a Guinny. She spent hours agonizing over which outfit to wear to the party, even though everyone else was just casually dressed.

2. Don’t be a Guinny and stress out about the exam. Just study what you can and do your best. It’s not worth losing sleep over.
