Cross Faded is an internet slang term used to describe the state of being simultaneously under the influence of alcohol and marijuana or any other combination of substances. People often use this term to express the effects of feeling both drunk and high at the same time.
Examples:
1. After a night of heavy partying, Sarah woke up feeling cross faded. She couldn’t distinguish whether the giggles were from the alcohol or the weed.
2. Tom attended a music festival where he enjoyed a few drinks and smoked some cannabis. As the night went on, he became cross faded and lost track of time, feeling a mixture of euphoria and confusion.
